EUC Dojo Sweepstakes

1. ELIGIBILITY
The EUC Dojo Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of EUC Dojo, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

2. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by EUC Dojo, LLC, [insert company address].

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM [ET/PT] on [Start Date] and ends at 11:59:59 PM [ET/PT] on [End Date] (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official time‑keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Purchase Method: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit [eucdojo.com] and make a qualifying purchase. Each $1 spent equals one (1) entry.
B. No Purchase Necessary Method: To enter without making a purchase, hand‑print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words “EUC DOJO SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY” on a 3"x5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope to: [EUC Dojo Sweepstakes, [address]]. Each properly submitted mail‑in entry will count for the same number of entries as if you had spent $1 on the website. Mail‑in entries must be postmarked by [end date] and received by [cutoff date].

5. PRIZE

Failure to respond or return documents on time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. PUBLICITY
By entering, you agree that if you are selected as a winner, EUC Dojo may use your name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless EUC Dojo, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

10. DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [Your County], Florida.

11. WINNER’S LIST
